I love the topic of today’s video because it was inspired by a reader question, and I know this is something EVERY girl struggles with! Being bogged down by the monotony of the same old thing day in and day out or a temporary loss of self that’s threatening to become a total eclipse of your self awareness is pretty common, I'd say. I myself get into ruts all the time and feel sluggish and confused as to what I should even be doing with my life. In the following video, I share my top 3 methods I use to get myself out of a slump.
