A little while ago I posted my powder room on Instagram in hopes of getting some design ideas from you guys to help this very plain, very white room. This room is connected to my office and is used primarily for working with my styling clients and hair and makeup consultations.

I really want the space to feel more inviting and professional and less like a sterile operating room.

Powder Room by Whippy CakeKristin from Restyle Source has answered my plea for help and has teamed up with me to redesign the space to fit my needs. Right away I am impressed with Kristin's perspective and how quickly she adopted my style into her design plan. We are both realizing how tightly personal style ties into interior design.

Taking my preferences for clothing and accessories has directly influenced my design choices around my house so it's been easy to hit the ground running with a plan. The first step to getting started was picking wallpaper which will essentially become the canvas for the rest of the room.

This is my first time using wallpaper, like ever! I was so excited to go to FOUND in downtown Mesa and look at all the wallpaper selections. FOUND is a brick and mortar store that carries designer brands for the home. It's also where they take appointments for design clients like myself.  Picking Wallpaper Going through books of designTurns out picking wallpaper is harder than I thought! I was like a kid in a candy store going through books of paper and sample swatches.

Staying true to my indecisive self I couldn't decide just one wallpaper so I thought I would get input from the masses. My top 3 picks are all from ThibautDesigns.com from the  Anna French collections.

me at FOUND Top 3 Choices for Wallpapera And the choices are…

1. Floral Print in Foil (AT10118) from Anna French, Bird in the Bush collection.

2. Bouquet in Chalk (AT10093) from Anna French, Bouquet collection.

3. Gold Polka Dots (AT10103)  from Anna French, Spot collection.

Ummmmm yah, how does one decide between such perfect choices??? My guess is I will just have to find a place to use ALL 3 options in other places in my house.

I'm leaning towards the gold polka dots but I would LOVE to get your feedback and input on which one you think I should choose for the little space. Should I pick 1, 2 or 3???
