Sponsorship options 1 through 3 are 30 day subscriptions that are automatically renewed at the end of the 30 day cycle. We send out a reminder e-mail 5 days before your card is charged for an additional 30 day cycle to give you time to cancel your subscription if you decide to do so. Canceling is easy and fuss free. Subscriptions can start or stop with no sign up fees or cancelation fees. The 30 day subscriptions cannot be prorated should you choose to cancel mid-cycle. Once you pay for 30 days of advertisement your ad runs for 30 days even if you cancel your subscription before the next 30 day cycle. Placement of ad is first come first serve. Those who subscribe first will be given an ad position (based on  size) closest to the top of our site. If sponsors ahead of you cancel their subscriptions your ad will bump up to their position.

$210 – Includes a 280×280 graphic and a URL link to your website or store.

Option 2: Medium

$120 – Includes a 280×125 graphic and a URL link to your website or store.

Option 3: Small

$75 – Includes a 125×125 graphic and a URL link to your website or store.

Option 4: Video Ad

$200 – 640×360 – Your ad will include a link to your site and will be placed at the beginning of one of my video tutorials and will replay at the end of that video to be played thousands of times by our viewers over and over again. Once you reserve your video ad space we will pair it with one of my video tutorials and it will be permanently embedded in the video and remain there for the duration of the video lifetime on our site and indefinitely on youtube.

Q: What are the requirements for the graphic of my ad?

A: We ask that you submit a clean and simple ad to coincide with the theme of the WC site and brand to maintain a high-end professional appeal.

Q: What size and format does my ad need to be?

A: We are able to format and re-size any ads if needed but we ask that you submit your ad as a .jpg or .png and size it to correlate with the ad size you purchased.

Q: How will I know if my ad is acceptable?

A: You will need to submit a sample of your ad for approval via email to admin(@)whippycake.com. You may submit more than one ad for WC to chose from if you would like. You also have the option to submit an image or graphic along with your logo and WC will design a button for you. If you choose for WC to design an ad for you we ask that you allow 1 week for processing.

Q: What if I choose to advertise on WC for more than 30 days?

A: We ask that you provide a new ad every 30 days to keep the ad space fresh and interesting and of course to keep our readers interested.

Q: Will my ad have a hyperlink and where will it be linked to?

A: You will provide the URL that you wish your ad to link to. You may opt to switch your link at the beginning of a new 30 day cycle as long as you notify us 1 week prior to renewal so we know to switch your link when we update your ad.

Q: Is there a discount if I want to advertise on WC for an extended period of time?

A: Absolutely! We will give a 15% discount to sponsors who opt to advertise on WC for a minimum of 90 days (3 months) and a 20% discount for those wanting to advertise for 6 months or longer.

A: We will take your payment online with your credit/debit card through our secure checkout.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription if I don’t want to renew?

A: Simply send us an email to admin(@)whippycake.com with “Sponsor Cancellation” in the subject line and cancel any upcoming payments and put a stop on your ad renewal.
