Whippy Cake Reaches 10k Followers [giveaway]

*GIVEAWAY CLOSED*

Over the weekend Whippy Cake reached over 10,000 followers *choirs singing*! This means it’s time for a celebratory giveaway! I’m giving away a $100 WC gift card to one lucky winner (that can buy a lot of cake!). Not only will the winner receive $100 worth of free cake but she will also get a private viewing of my upcoming collection before it even launches on my site. She will have the choice to spend the $100 on pieces from my new line or anything else still available in my store. This giveaway is like one big tea party and we all know tea parties are no fun unless you invite all of your friends so spread the word, that way if your friend wins she is obligated to share her cake with you (it’s in the friend rule book, plus I say she has to).  This giveaway will run all week long until I post the winner on Friday {8/26/11}.

Here’s how to enter:

1. Receive one entry when you leave a comment on this post and tell us your favorite thing about WC!
2. Receive a second entry when you link this giveaway on your Facebook page.
3. Receive a third entry when you tweet a link to this giveaway.
4. Receive a FOURTH entry when you blog about this giveaway and include a link back to this post.

That’s a lot of ways to win a lot of cake! Better get to it…

    oooh! this would be soo amazing!! i absolutely LOVE Whippy Cake!! All the pieces are adorable and give that sweet vintage feel.     how bout the fact that I can dress up any outfit by throwing some cake in my hair (HA! cake in your hair…)

    or the fact that its handmade AND affordable

    ooor that everyone be all like “yo where did you get that hair swag” and im all like “psshh whippy cake fool, you should check it out”

    I LOVE Whippy cake! My favorite aspect of the cake designs is not only the color selections, but the unique use of buttons, and how they give their own individual and often antique appeal to the look. Makes it more fun and funky which i love!

    What is there NOT to love about WC. My favorite thing is you can dress up an outfit so quick, its easy to feel feminine and beautiful with a pretty headband on, even when you are changing diapers and playing choo choo trains with a toddler all day.

    hi, thanks for this nice giveaway I really love WCs.
    I like WC products because those are really colorful and creatively made. I think when I wear one of them I can make gorgeous and bright look without any decoration even with messy hair.

    What isn’t to like about WC! Umm, they are totally the coolest designs and fabric combos out there…but I’d have to say the personality and visionary behind the creations, bringing them to life…for all of us to share in.. that is the icing on each “cake”. Mothers and daughters…all women, make the world go round, it’s only right we look cute while doing it!

    My favorite thing about Whippy Cake is I get to be a girl. It’s just a little touch that is a blast from the “dress-up” past. From when you used to play with your mom’s makeup and long strings of pearls or other ephemera and clothes and walk around in her shoes with all her pretty things on you and in your hair!! Whippy Cake is like that! “I feel pretty, oh so pretty”!!

    I love everything about whippy cake! My most favorite website ever! My daughter and I are purely addicted! I love that my daughter who is in kindergarten is in love with Whippey Cake as much as me and that we can share!     I LOVE that my mood is always on the glass half full side when I put one of these on. When ever I wear them, I always get asked, BY STRANGERS, if I made it and I tell them, it is beautiful enough to be an heirloom, and sadly, no, thanks for the credit. and then I promptly have a pen and paper in my hand spelling out W-H-I-P-P-Y C-A-K-E.com. I LOVE them so much, that I can’t wait to tell my future children, “This is one of mommy’s favorite things… until I had you and when daddy’s not around.” My husband knows this is always the go to gift or welcome surprise.     I love Whippy Cake for many reasons. I “discovered” WC right after my third daughter was born. It was a pregnancy full of complications and I was struggling with feeling like myself and feeling pretty again. I bought my first piece of WC and it made me feel great. I got compliments every time I went out. I’ve bought many more pieces since then and they are my go-to hair accessory. I love that I can switch them out easily and that my daughters can wear them as well.

    I love how truly girly everything is! I work in a male dominated environment (emergency response) and sometimes forget how wonderful it feels to embrace my girly side :) Funny how a little thing like a hair pretty can transform a girl normally in steel-toed boots!
