Ever heard of Studio Calico before? I discovered them this year when I got into smash booking and I basically have been their stalker ever since.
To sum it up, each month, Studio Calico combines the latest scrapbooking products with unique finds from a variety of sources while staying true to the basics. You’ll find kits filled with products from a variety of manufacturers, coordinated for ease-of-use by both the advanced and novice papercrafter. Currently, Studio Calico currently offers a Scrapbook kit, Card Kit, and will be launching their Project Life kit with Becky Higgins (one of my besties) in January 2013!
I’m gah gah for Studio Calico products because they work so perfectly in my smash books and I have grown dependent on their blog and the endless pages of ideas and layouts. I will warn you that it’s one of those blogs you will lose track of time on. Me: I’m just going to search for one Christmas idea….. [1 hour later] Me: I’m only going to scroll through one more page bc there might be one I like more than the 20 ideas I found already…. [2 hours later] Me: Ah crap! It’s a trap people, but you will enjoy every minute you are caught in it!
Oh! Did I tell you about that one time when I played my “friend card” to get all of you $10 off your first month when you start a new scrapbook or card kit subscription? So, that’s happening right now if you can handle it. Just use code “WhippyCake10” to redeem your discount during checkout. You can see this month’s Sock Hop scrapbook kit and Card Kit, and then see the kit in action in the Design Team Gallery if you need a little tempting.
You can also join the waiting list like I did for the Project Life kit! I absolutely love it when two things I love majorly combine to make the most epic duo ever. Like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and diet Dr. Pepper. ‘Nough said, am I right?
Soooooooo, You. Are. WELCOME!!!!! You know, for hooking you up with a discount and sharing one of my fav. blogs with you. Just doing my duty as your friend to make sure you aren’t missing out.
