Once upon a time I used to feature an applique and put it on sale for a whole week and I am finally bringing that back old school. Be sure to check back weekly to find out which applique(s) are on sale and why I love them and maybe even how they got their names if they happen to have a back story. I’d like to emphasize on the HOT because these cakes will be marked down at an all time record low price of 40% OFF. I can tell you right now this is the first time I have discounted any of my products this low before, like e.v.e.r!!! Legit ya’ll. Sweeney – sale price $12.60

Wearing gold is risky business but I feel like Sweeney opens the doors to the many possibilities. When I fantasize the perfect ensemble to go with Sweeney the vision above is what I come up with. I  dream about owning a femininely tailored gold top to compliment my pale pink skin and the leather (YES, leather) mini skirt is so playful I couldn’t leave it out. I’ve also been eyeballing these T-strap gold wedges (add to cart bc they match my sweeney applique!). Why not top it off with a nautical navy stripe purse and stop right there because, well, gold top, leather skirt, steep gold wedges, not to mention the floral print, seafoam and gold rosettes on sweeney are quite sufficent to make a bold statement. After typing out all those descriptions it does sound like a bit much but I think it works, because I like it and I dress to please myself so neener neener. Convoy – sale price $14.40

Oh convoy how I love you! Convoy is my tribute to the troops. I have several brother-in -laws who are currently or previously served in the military and aside from my personal connection to them I am simply inspired by those who serve and protect our country. XOXO guys! I also love the yin and yang of convoy. The yin: floral, luxey, floral print and mesh truffle flowers with decadent gold buttons. The yang: masculine colors and tones. Convoy brings out the monochromatic in me. I just love a good ol’ monochromatic outfit like the one above which also has some yin and yang going on with the blends of khaki and green paired with feminine ivories and polka dots.  I want to wear it all right now!
