Mrs. Whippy [product review]

It’s no secret that I’m a bubble bath junky but I do work hard at keeping my addiction under control. It’s probably for the best that Lush Cosmetics is more than 45 minutes away from me otherwise I’d be in big trouble and so would my bank account. However, I did make a trip there recently to pick up something special for my mom’s birthday and since I was there I had to pick out 2 or 3 (or 20) things for myself. Part of me feels guilty when I give Lush products as gifts to loved ones because I know the receiver will undoubtedly become addicted to the products like myself, but then I also feel selfish keeping the knowledge of such delicacies to myself, so what is a girl to do? My poor mother doesn’t have a Lush store in her state (something I didn’t think of when I gifted her the Sultana of Soap) and so now it is my duty to keep her well stocked. I didn’t plan on my sisters sampling the organic bits of heaven while visiting my mom so I’ve turned into their private provider as well. (it’s shameful really, I might as well be dealing crack to these girls!) Carli is a die hard for the Blackberry Bath Bomb and Elisha is a sucker for Sultan of Soap as well. My weak spot is the Sunny Side Bubble Bar and The Joy of Jelly shower jelly.  The extensive variety of facial masks and skin care products is something to behold all on it’s own. They feature a salad bar of masks made fresh each week and of course they are all about testers, trials and samples so once you start touching and feeling and smelling it’s virtually impossible to leave without something! The best part, get this…. They named a bath bomb after me! The Mrs. Whippy Bath Bomb . At least I assume it’s after me since I’m their favorite customer in 3 states.  Sigh* I think I’m having a relapse right now :( Who’s up for a trip to Scottsdale with me????

Look for details on my next Product Giveaway because I will for sure be including some LUSH!

Ahhhhh Lush is so wonderful. Even if you don’t buy anything, you can just get high from the smells!!

LOVE Lush. My fav is the butterball with the dreamtime bath melt. My favorite soap is one that comes out in the winter but I can’t remember the name at the moment. I’m kind of glad it’s 40 min from me too! (So is my husband) time to make a trip though I think.

That is my go to store for my mom and sisters too at Christmas time. I’m in. I’d love me some new Lush! Have you tried the shampoo bars…? The blue ocean seaweed is my favorite:)

I just checked…The closest one to me is 70 miles away :( Next time I go to the airport though (its right near there) I might have to stop. It looks like an awesome store.

I love Lush! Haven’t tried Mrs. Whippy yet – next time I go I’ll pick one up!

also a huge Lush fan here… I use their ultimate shine shampoo bar, it’s my favorite product (I have fine, short, hair that tends to get oily way too quickly, and the ultimate shine prevents that)
